Address errors and corrections:
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO AN ADDRESS ERROR we will charge you original shipping, reship charges and possibly restocking fees. If an address correction is automatically made by the carrier, i.e., UPS, FedEx or any other shipper, we reserve the right to charge you the associated fees charged to us by the carrier to correct your address for delivery completion.
Freight charges:
Items considered 'freight' (see above under shipping charges)
will be noted with a "*" at the end of the item number and/or stated
in the item description section. Freight charges will vary based on your location. Please call us at: 1-866-600-SHOP (7467) for more information regarding freight shipments and quotes. You are responsible for ALL freight charges, unless stated elsewhere. We can ship to US Freight Forwarders, call us if you have a project you would like to discuss. Please call us for rates and product availability.
FREIGHT items:
You are responsible for verifying and inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery. If you are not pleased with the condition of the shipment, make a note of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or refuse the shipment. We require that you report such items within 48 hours from receipt. Keep all original packaging until we instruct you further.
Freight price quotes are subject to change due to changing gas prices, driver rates, and other various fees. However, freight quotes are good for two weeks from the date they are quoted.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION:
You are responsible for verifying and inspecting all shipments at the time of

Manufacturer Policies:
All of our products carry a manufacturer warranty. For information regarding your specific product warranty, please contact us. If you have a product warranty claim, please contact us for assistance and have your date of purchase and/or receipt number available.
Playground Equipment:
Upon receipt of equipment, you will have 10 days to verify all parts (nuts, bolts, etc.) are accounted for, and to report a shortage. You will not receive, free of charge, additional parts if you fail to call after this time frame. The large 'Modular' equipment has a warranty as follows:
• LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on steel support posts and clamps.
• 15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on main support materials and decks.
• 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all plastic components.
• 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all products not listed
Backorders:
DaycareAtoZ may ship larger items directly from the manufacturer. Although we cannot control manufacturer inventory levels, we will do our best to notify you if an item you have purchased is going to have delayed shipping. There are some instances beyond our control, that may delay an items longer than stated.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us and must be made within 30 days. Returns must be in original, unused condition and packaging. If the item you purchased had FREE SHIPPING, you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping the package to you. When requesting authorization to make returns, please include date of purchase (billing date) invoice number, and/or receipt transaction number. Returns are subject to additional shipping fees and/or restocking fees. RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM US may not be refunded. Failure to return an item without prior authorization from us may result in the forfeiture of your product(s) and any payment we received for such product(s). The original packaging must be used to re-pack the item for return shipping. Contact us for the exact return/exchange policy as each manufacturer will vary: 1-866-600-SHOP (7467).
Credits for returned merchandise may take 1-4 weeks from the time your item is returned the warehouse. Each returned item has to be inspected for use and damage before a credit can be issued. Please call us to check the status of your credit.
Restocking Fees:
Restocking fees may apply on returns. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping fees are purchasers responsibility. Only unused items may be returned.
Cancellations:
Most orders placed cannot be canceled and may be subject to restocking fees (if items were ordered and/or shipped) and/or an administration fee to cancel the order. Shipping charges incurred for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: International orders CANNOT be returned - All warranties are voided unless you pay for shipping to and from the manufacturer directly.
